Gratigny Logistics Center (GLC) will consist of two buildings totaling ±447,000 square feet with 32’ clear ceiling height, four dock doors per bay, a shared 185’ truck court, abundant automobile parking, and build-to-suit office space. Panattoni is currently targeting a delivery date of first quarter 2021.
